Emergency Response

CRS will:

  • Create a Emergency Procedure
  • Distribute procedure and contact info to all members
  • Develop a reliable after hours trade list
  • Screen every call to ensure it matches the criteria for and emergency (if not call is relayed to co-op office for your action the next business day)
  • Dispatch appropriate trade to remedy emergency
  • Report to co-op office of each call received and action taken

Clients can expect:

  • Cost savings by reducing non emergency after hours calls
  • Reduced demand on co-op members and staff after hours
  • Reliable reporting for your follow up

CRS will set up the emergency response system customized for your co-op for a low one-time set up fee and then clients receive the service for a small user fee.
